FormBuilder and Business Connect are centrally funded to make it easier for government teams to digitise their business-facing services without having to engage in a lengthy procurement process.

What we are funded for

We are centrally funded to support government teams to digitise their business-facing forms. Using FormBuilder means you receive support to publish and maintain secure and accessible forms with no procurement process involved and no fee to pay.

By delivering your service using FormBuilder, your team is funded to: 

  • Receive support and advice from experts in our team to build and deliver your service 
  • Access the FormBuilder.govt tool to create your forms 
  • Host your form on the Business Connect platform or as a link 
  • Receive your data in several ways, including use of our back-end case management portal 
  • Ongoing technical support for you and your end users.

What we are not funded for

We are funded to deliver services that are business facing rather than citizen-facing or government-to-government forms. If your service is open to both business and individual applicants, get in touch with the team to discuss whether FormBuilder is a good fit. 

If your organisation chooses to integrate FormBuilder services with your back-end systems, this would be at your cost as it is not covered by our funding. However, our team will be available for consultation while you consider and implement this.
