Improvements
Fog Cannon Subsidy Scheme updates
Customers will now see information on the Before you start screen that will help ensure only eligible applicants proceed with the form and supply the necessary information to help them get their application right first time.
Council fee changes
Customers will find the correct fees for council services as annual changes been now implemented.
ACC Integrated Sensitive Services Contract improvements
Customers completing this ACC form will no longer have to interact with questions or sections that don’t apply to them nor have to upload documents that don’t make sense for their circumstances.
NZTE Active Investor Plus fixes
Customers who indicate they are a Limited Partnership will be presented with manual fields to complete with Directors’ details. Previously they may have encountered a bug that would have prevented them from proceeding.
