Business Connect platform
Receive a copy of an application by email
Customers are now able to respond to a question that asks if they would like to receive a copy of their application by email.
This gives them peace of mind that they now have a record of the information they have submitted just in case they need to refer to it again.

This image shows a declaration section containing a checkbox for a statement affirming that the information provided is true and correct, and that the user understands and accepts the terms and conditions of their application. The section also contains some paragraphs that ask if the user wants to receive a PDF copy of their completed form for their records, which will be sent to them via email. These paragraphs warn the user that selecting yes will acknowledge that anyone with access to their email inbox will be able to view the PDF copy, and tells them to make sure their inbox is secure.
