Better user experience if there is a new version of the form

Now customers logging back into Business Connect to complete a form will be guided back through the form to complete any questions that have been added. This ensures that they are always submitting the latest version of a form and that time isn’t wasted on old versions of the form.

Auto save single page forms

Now customers completing a single page form behind a login on Business Connect will get the benefit of the autosave function. This means they won’t accidentally lose their work if the form times out or their session is interrupted.

Update default in templates

You’ll see the default contact details section has had the title and middle name removed as these are not often required. These fields can still be added if you need them though.
