Clearer error messaging for ineligible businesses

Food business registration and Alcohol licence forms now display a detailed explanation when an application is blocked due to company status or entity type. This helps users understand eligibility issues and resolve them without needing additional support.

Rearranging fields in applicant details

Form creators can now add and reorder custom fields (such as yes/no, radio buttons, or short answers) after the default fields in the 'Applicant Details' section. The New Zealand Business Numbers (NZBN) section remains fixed to maintain consistency across forms.  

Preview and description for form components

The 'Add component' panel has been updated with a Ui and now includes a short description and preview for each field type, helping creators select the right components. The experience is fully accessible, supporting keyboard navigation and screen readers.  

NZBN search results

Form builders can now filter NZBN search results by entity type and business status. Default settings remain unchanged unless manually adjusted.  

Versioning for exported forms

Each form export now includes a version number and timestamp. This helps track changes over time and improves compatibility when importing updated templates.

Component accessibility

Minor component-level accessibility issues have been resolved.
